Hotel Policy
Check-In
Begins at 3:00 PM. However, if you arrive early, we will do our best to get you into your room as soon as possible!
Check-Out
The check-out time is 11:00 AM. Baggage can be stored at the Front Desk for guests departing later in the day. Please check with the Front Desk if you would like a late check-out; this can be challenging during high season, as there will often be someone arriving on the same day you depart.
Important
Early Departures
If you are departing before 7:30 AM, please check out with the Front Desk the night before the office closes. We can help arrange a taxi to pick you up in the morning.
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum Booking for 3 nights.
- 100% advance deposit required.
- For arrivals from January 4 to April, cancellation must occur 21 days prior to arrival.
- For arrival dates from April 26 to December 19, cancellation must occur 21 days prior to arrival.
- For arrivals from December 20 to January 3, cancellation must occur 42 days prior to arrival.
Deposits for reservations cancelled during the penalty period will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be refunded or transferred. We strongly advise taking out travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or adverse weather conditions.
Child Policy
- For children below 12 years: One child without a bed is complimentary (accommodated on a sofa bed) with breakfast included (in a one-bedroom).
- For two children below 12 years: Two children are complimentary without a bed (accommodated on a sofa bed) with breakfast included (in a two-bedroom), apart from 4 adults.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for any cancellations. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to avoid direct expenses related to any medical emergencies, including:
